The folks here went above and beyond to take care of me and my car. I came here after I cracked my oil pan and my car started bleeding oil. They had me fill out paperwork where I was able to describe my issue, and listened and acted when I asked them to inspect more of my undercarriage to see if any other damage had occurred when I cracked the pan. Ofc I had this oil leak, so my car was spilling oil so it couldn’t be started safely. David and his team pushed my car into the shop. Had to buy the right oil pan for the work, did the work and test drove the car for me to make sure everything was alright. Above and beyond. And besides that, and I’m serious when I say this, my car is running better than before the accident. Great work at an appropriate price, I highly recommend this shop, and the AAMCO brand.

2019 F350 powerstroke transmission 6R140. I took my truck into AAMCO to get diagnosis help on my truck as it was acting strange to the extent of going straight to 5th gear from park. They had done some diagnostic checks and tried to mimic the issue which didnt show itself during the time they had it in the possession. They did see live data information which showed the torque converter locking in late. Telling me the details on this. They explained in detail and transparency what is happening without a full takedown of transmission. I really appreciate that they have given the best route to take from information I gave before its arrival and there personal direction they would go. Yall, I recommend yall use AAMCO for you auto care needs as the best shops are the ones that claim complete transparency throughout the process and repair of your vehicles. Thank yall
To have car trouble is not only inconvenient, but nerve-wracking. Not having my dad to either fix and/or consult to make sure I didn't "get-got" was devastating. I thought my worst car-repair nightmare had come to fruition when I had inched my car to another company for a free consultation and assessment. They were to get back with me "tomorrow after lunch" which would've been less than 24hrs. They had my car for a week, with promises of "we're in the process of looking at it-we just want to make sure we understand before we give you an estimate." When I called to tell them I was having it towed somewhere else, they suddenly had a diagnosis... Sooo I initially spoke with Luke (Wednesday prior to 4th of July) to make sure I could have my car towed there-He was very helpful and friendly. The car made it to Aamco a few minutes just before six. My sister and I made it there just a few minutes after six...They close at 5:30. David was still there, still helpful, still pleasant, still professional, still kind... For just that alone I was truly grateful. From that point on, David was transparent regarding time-line, process, diagnosis, and rate. He stayed true to his word- if he told me he would call me back with info-he did. If he didn't have it, he called me and told me. He kept me updated every step of the way. From the initial interaction to the last, David has been consistent. I would highly recommend them. I think they've found a life long customer.
